When you book an appointment with Bloom Health Clinic online, we will ask you for your name, email address, address, phone number, and payment details to confirm and reserve your appointment time.

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment. If a patient cancels or misses their appointment with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a fee equal to 100% of the cost of the treatment that was booked. 

Why, you ask? The reason for our policy is that your appointment time is reserved just for you! When you make a last minute cancellation or miss your appointment, it takes up a spot that could have been booked by another patient who needs it, and a gap in your therapist’s schedule.
